Mozilla is preparing a couple of new surprises for mobile users worldwide. According to Mitchell Baker they are planning to finish a proper mobile product by 2010.

Since its debut in 2004, Firefox managed to become the number one Internet browser in the world but when it comes to mobile they still have some catching up to do. Opera is rulling the mobile web industry for now and there’s no secret about it.

Rumor is that Google Chrome is also getting ready for a mobile version.

Maybe Mozilla should reconsider that 2010 release date if they still want a slice of the action.
