HTC announced today the launch date of Wildfire, a smaller version of HTC Desire, equipped with an 3.2 inch touch display and with a lower price.

The new HTC Wildfire will be launched in Great Britain and will have a 5 megapixel camera and a QVGA resolution on the display. HTC Wildfire will also have WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS, a micro SD memory card, 3 G connectivity and HTC Sense.

Wildfire will have the same trackpad as HTC Desire and HTC Legend and will be available in black, white red and brown at a price of 180 euros.
