HTC MAX 4G Is The First GSM / WiMAX Phone In The World
Sprint and GSM were never a winning duo on the US market but there’s always hope. Apparently the new HTC WiMAX handset will save the day riding on its CDMA radio.
The phone was known in the past as the T8920 but now it hits the market as the MAX 4G. It features an 800 x 480 resolution, 8GB of Flash, FM radio, two cameras, WiFi, GPS and triband EDGE. The WiMAX support is the most important feature because this is the forst phone in the world offering it.
The phone calls between two MAX 4G terminals will be made via VoIP on the WiMAX airwaves.
HTC MAX 4G will be officially released on Scartel’s Yota network in Russia but the date remains to be announced.

I would like to know when is this HTC WiMax 4G will be available in the U.S.? Which mobil carrier will it be? How much will cost? Does it have an one screen key pad? Does it operate by stylus pen or touch by fingers when entering data?
