The AT&T line-up of phones with Windows Phone 7 OS on them will soon be expanded with another model with a large screen, called the HTC HD7S. You will notice a S in the name, which comes from S-LCD, while regular HD7 models come with a TFT screen. It appears that the HTC HD7S phone will arrive on the shelves from AT&T starting from June 5th 2011. The price of this phone will be $199.99, as long as you also get a new contract with the carrier, for two years.

While there are plenty of other phones available for this price, there is a future update for the phone called Mango, which should make the HD7S a great smartphone.

The specs of the HTC HD7S include a 4.3 inch touch screen with a resolution of 480×800 and 16 million colors, a 1GHz processor, 576MB of RAM, a 16GB internal storage capacity, Wi-Fi b/g/n, 3G, Bluetooth 2.1 and a camera with 5MP which can film video at 720p quality.
