Archos just announced it’s planning to release on the market a very special OMAP3-powered Internet Media Tablet that doubles as a phone and runs on Android.

According to the specs list, this 10mm baby will ride a 5–inch screen, 500GB of storage space, and 7 hours of battery life. For the time being Archos announced that this phone will run on Android but in time this OS will be accompanied by a whole bunch of interesting media features including HD video playback.

Everything sounds absolutely peachy so let’s keep our fingers crossed and wait until this Internet Media Tablet / phone will arrive on the market.
